The person nearest an incident is almost never an officer — it's a civilian with a phone. onRed turns that civilian into the first line of defence: report danger in seconds, the crowd corroborates, and everyone within 5 km finds out.
A location, a clock, and a delivery mechanism — instead of a warning trapped in a WhatsApp group.

Hold SOS for three seconds and it dispatches in parallel — your contacts first, then everyone within 5 km. If your contacts don't answer, the crowd is still there. If your data is gone, it falls back to SMS. Only your PIN can stop it.
The map and feed are free from the first second. Verification is asked for in tiers — each one only when you reach for the capability that needs it. Nobody submits an ID to look at their own street.
Coverage is the product. Every verified neighbour makes every warning reach further. {{ availabilityNote }}
